These are some of the qoutable phrases that I read from a fan-fiction that I just read. The words weave smoothly around each other like a web and that's what I love about it - smooth flowing yet meaningful at the same time.
Apparently the story's a bit of an AU or as fanfic authors called it "Another Universe" where the characters aren't really potraying their original character and this lucky anime is CardcaptorSakura. It is a Sakura x Syaoran fanfiction but it doesn't evolves around both of them capturing the cards or what nots. Instead, it's about Syaoran falling in love with Sakura. Well that's predictable but here's the twist. He's a teacher of Sakura plus he's 24 and she's 16! So the plot's about a "restricted" student-teacher relationship.
The story's not finished yet and I myself have not finished reading the updated chapters yet. But the story and it's qoutes at the beginning of every chapter makes me want to write it here and talk about it. And it's quite surprising to find a CCS fanfiction based upon our education system. Instead of your normal high school diplomas and college, it writes about students taking subjects for their O-Levels and A-Levels. I'm not sure if I'm correct but I have a feeling that the author's from our very own island.

Finally.. it's over!! My exams are over!! Now I just have to go through my attachment again for 3 weeks. And I found out that I'm in the morning shift!! So much for waking up late!

My heart is beating rapidly due to the adrenaline rush of watching War Of The Worlds. Yes, I know that WOTW came out last year and I just watched it today on HBO. And I have to say that WOTW is by far the best suspense-but-cute movie! Okay.. it IS suspensive but CUTE you may say? Well.. you can disturb me about it but I find the alien eyes rather cute to look at! It reminds me of all the anime characters in their chibi form. SO CUTE!! =P
Okay.. I guess you bloggers out there will think that I am seriously weird and you're right! You have not seen my alter ego yet! LOL
Anyway, WOTW just makes me want to watch it more!! It's thrilling, suspensive and I have to say Dakota Fanning did a very fine and excellent job as Rachel! She's by far the best young star to hit Hollywood BIG TIME!! You gotta love her!

Hey there bloggers!! It's good to see you again after such a long time. I've been busy lately with my exams and now, having a long holiday weekend, it's a great place to enjoy and have fun but sadly, I have two more papers left to mug.
I just watched The Perfect Man on HBO and after so many times watching it, I'm still not bored! Well.. firstly because Hilary is on it but on the other hand, it's a good movie to reflect upon. HBO will be showing The Sisterhood of Travelling Pants later on but I can't waste my time in front of the tube! I HAVE TO STUDY!! It's just for a few more days that I can enjoy and rest.
Well, later tonight, I'll be going to a barbeque at my aunt's place for my cousins' birthday. My mom's preparing for it as we speak. Her fruit salad and for the very first time, her potato salad. I think she's also preparing crabs for lunch. My brother's coming home today and when I told him that she's cooking crabs, I think his eyes went wide. He's lucky that he's coming home with crabs waiting for him!

I can't wait for Hilary's 4th album, Dignity to come out in Singapore. It's coming out in the US on April 3rd and I'm still waiting for her perfume With Love... Hilary Duff which coincidentally corresponds with her second single, With Love. Hilary has released two new singles from her hew album - Play With Fire and With Love. However, they are definitely way better than her previous songs because she wrote them and all the other songs in Dignity! I heard from an interview that she wrote the songs about her past experiences, her love life and her family. I guess I can't wait to hear them. I have watched this very inspiring advertisement on the tele for quite a while and I will never get bored of it. Watching it makes me want to stand up and applaud for Dove Company for setting up the Self-Esteem Fund for young girls nowadays. It's really heartbreaking to see young teenage girls thinking of doing plastic surgery or having multiple eating disorders just because she thinks she is fat. It is also a good wake up call for parents to know that their young girls are growing and full support is needed for them.
As you know, the Singapore Dove Self-Esteem advertisement is showing itself on televisions around the country and most of the viewers love it. Here, I have two ads from Dove. One from Singapore and the other from United States. Enjoy and see which you like better. Personally, both are equally good but I'm more to the Dove Self-Esteem Fund (Singapore). It seems to be more meaningful.

I am back from my shopping with dearest mommy. We went to Vivo City after my CCA at Outram Sec. Sch. For those who never knew, I'm from NYP's Mentoring Club - which means I mentor secondary school students. Today was the first day for us mentors and mentees thus we had our orientation. Me and my friend, Liana organised the games for the orientation and it was a success. Everybody had fun although we planned the games until the last minute. Furthermore, I found out that I'm nominated to be a part of the commitee member soon. So right now, me, Liana and Xiao Jing are considered as the sub-commitee and we're under probation until the current commitee members "resign".
Anyway, me and my mom went to Vivo and had lunch at Banquet. We then went to TANGS since my mom wanted to find a formal/function bag for weddings but instead I bought a pair of sandals and small pouch. After walking around TANGS, we went to Marks & Spencers since they were having a sale. I bought a few jeans while my mom bought a few pants but sadly all had to end when my dad called and asked my mom to fetch him from work.
Well.. hopefully after my exams, I could go to GAP again and buy a top and maybe stop by Motorola to check out the Motorola (RED). I would really really like to have that phone! :P
Oh my bloody goodness!! I am seriously freaking out right now! As you know I'm a big fan of Twilight and New Moon.. well consider it obsessed fan.. hehe.
Anyway, I went to check out Twilight Lexicon and I found out about the new Twilight Lexicon shop and OH MY!! THEY ADDED MORE THINGS!! ESPECIALLY FOR VALENTINES DAY... THEY ARE SO CUTE AND LOVELY!! AAAIIIKKK!!! LOL
